What we know about you, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask of us.

Who is responsible

Alexandersson Design (organisation number 931 637 142 ) is responsible for the personal data handled on greyfield.no. Write to hello@greyfield.no about anything on this page.

What we collect and why

• Membership. Your name, email and a securely hashed password, so you can sign in. Basis: our agreement with you.
• Membership requests. The email you leave when you ask to become a member, and when you agreed to hear from us. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Orders. Your name, email, phone, delivery address, what you bought and what you paid. Basis: to deliver what you ordered, and the Bookkeeping Act, which requires us to keep sales records.

Who else sees it

• Stripe handles payment. You type your card details on Stripe's page; we only learn whether the payment went through. Stripe's privacy policy.
• Gelato prints and sends your order, so it gets your name, delivery address, phone and what to print. Gelato's privacy policy.
• Our web host stores the site and its database.

We never sell your data, and we use no advertising or tracking tools.

Cookies

The site sets only the cookies it needs to work: one that keeps you signed in and your bag between pages, and one that protects forms against forgery. It also remembers in your browser, for the visit only, whether you have seen the opening animation. There is no analytics and nothing to accept.

How long we keep it

Your membership details for as long as you are a member. Order records for as long as the Bookkeeping Act requires. A membership request until you are let in or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You may ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, take a copy with you, or object to how it is used. Write to us and we will answer within a month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you may complain to Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority).
