Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from Greyfield as a consumer. They follow the Norwegian Consumer Authority's standard terms for buying goods online, and never take away rights you have by law.

1. The agreement

The agreement is made up of these terms, the information you are given when you order, and your order confirmation. Norwegian law applies, in particular the Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Cancellation Act (angrerettloven), the E-commerce Act (ehandelsloven), the Contracts Act and the Marketing Control Act. Where these terms and the law differ, the law decides in your favour.

2. The parties

The seller is Alexandersson Design , Enkeltpersonforetak (sole proprietorship) , organisation number 931 637 142 , Tollbugata 13, 0152 Oslo, Norway , hello@greyfield.no . See Legal and contact. The buyer is the consumer who places the order.

3. Prices

The price shown for a piece, together with the delivery price shown in the bag and at checkout, is the full price you pay. There are no other fees.

The seller is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the prices.

4. When the agreement is made

The agreement is binding once you have completed payment on the checkout page and we have received the order. You get an order confirmation by email. If the price or a detail in the confirmation is clearly wrong, please tell us as soon as you can.

5. Payment

Payment is made on Stripe's secure checkout page, by card or the other methods shown there. Your card is charged when you place the order, since every piece is printed to order for you. Greyfield never sees or stores your card details.

6. Making and delivery

Every piece is printed to order by our print partner Gelato and sent from their production site to the address you give at checkout. Delivery is made within the time shown when you order. If a piece will be later than that, we will tell you and you may cancel. The risk for a piece passes to you when you, or someone you have chosen, have received it. See Shipping.

7. Right of cancellation (angrerett)

You may cancel the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of the day after you receive the piece. How to do it, what a return costs and when you get your money back are set out in Returns and refunds.

8. Faults and complaints (reklamasjon)

If a piece has a fault, tell us within a reasonable time after you noticed it, and no later than two years after you received it. You may then, under the Consumer Purchases Act, ask for it to be put right or replaced, a price reduction, to cancel the purchase, or compensation. Write to us with your order reference and a photo of the fault.

9. Personal data

How we handle your details is set out in Privacy.

10. Disagreements

Please write to us first; we will try to put things right. If we cannot agree, you may contact Forbrukerrådet (the Consumer Council of Norway) for help and mediation, and take the case to Forbrukerklageutvalget (the Consumer Complaints Committee).
